Deco Delilah Payment and shipping conditionsHow to order and payPlease click on the BUY button to add an item to your purchases. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping basket and select your method of payment from the options and click the button at the bottom of the page. To pay by Paypal, please click on the relevant link. I accept Paypal payments in any currency, though the default is UK Sterling. Please email if you would rather pay in another currency. CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS are accepted – please select the Paypal method of purchase and you will be guided through Paypal’s secure online credit/debit card payment process. Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Deco Delilah. You will be provided with the address to send payment once you have completed the purchase process. An email will also be sent with all necessary details. Due to high bank charges US (and other non-UK) money orders or checks are not accepted. I do accept Dollar and Euro notes, but this type of payment is sent TOTALLY at the buyer's risk. Items will be sent to the address provided by Paypal or the one entered during the payment process if paying by another method. Postage/shipping UK 1st class recorded £1.50 (NOT INSURED) Special delivery £4.50 (INSURED). (Additional items are included in the above prices - no extra charge for combined postage). Worldwide (any destination) Standard Airmail £1.50 (NOT INSURED). International Signed-for £4.50 (INSURED). (Additional items are included in the above prices - no extra charge for combined shipping) Please note, the postal service only offers compensation for jewellery with Special Delivery and International Signed-for. 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Standard Airmail DO NOT cover loss or damage for jewellery. Items will be posted within 3 working days of receiving/clearing of payment. Please send an email if you need the item urgently. Any loss or damage using the uninsured postal methods is the responsibility of the buyer; should an item sent by the uninsured methods not be successfully delivered or is damaged, the proof of postage certificate will be sent to you upon request for your purposes. DECO DELILAH CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAL SERVICES. A jewellery box or pouch is supplied with all purchases - ideal for gifts. Returns policy A refund (including postage paid) will be provided for any item grossly misrepresented or where an important piece of information did not feature in the description concerning the item's condition or appearance. Should you simply have changed your mind about the item purchased, please contact me and I will issue a credit note upon return of the item in its original state (excludes earrings); the buyer is responsible for ensuring the item's return and that it is not damaged in transit. Refund of the postage amount is not included with the credit note in this instance. Refunds and credit notes are only issued if the item is returned within 10 days of receipt. Please bear in mind that certain items sold on this website are vintage and will therefore show signs of age or wear. Any obvious imperfections will be mentioned in the description. Dates of items Dates/eras given in the description of an item are approximate unless stated otherwise. While every effort is made to attribute a date of production, no guarantee is given that this is exact. For example, where an item is a later reproduction of Art Deco, then ‘Art Deco style’ or similar will be stated. The term ‘vintage’ is used for items that have not been produced recently, i.e. modern reproductions. Privacy Policy Information collected when customers become Deco Delilah members or contact Deco Delilah with a query WILL NOT be passed to third parties at any time. Postal addresses provided when registering as a Deco Delilah member or when purchasing an item shall solely be used for delivery of items purchased and no other mail shall be sent. Email addresses are used solely to contact the customer concerning their order or to send occasional newsletters informing of new additions to the website (there is a clear option for unsubscribing from this newsletter). Credit card, debit card and details for other methods of payment for items purchased WILL NOT be stored by Deco Delilah at any time, nor shall they be passed to third parties in any way, other than for the purposes of collecting payment for goods purchased via Deco Delilah. |
